Meal Prep

Customized meal preparations to your needs, diet, and taste. Meal preps start off at about $45/meal. Keep in mind you're paying for the groceries, the containers, and my time. Prices can vary as some things may be cheaper or more expensive than the base price.

Customized Recipes 

You may want to cook yourself, but have someone else to figure out the portion size, calories, nutrients, and flavor profile. Standardized recipes can range from $10-$15 depending on time and labor.

Private Dinners

Group dinners ranging from 2-8 people. For 2 people the starting price is $160. This is subject to change! More details coming soon.
